Detailer

Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and be able to read estimates and pass a drug test. To succeed in this position the individual must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and responsible, work with little or no supervision once instructed, accomplish daily tasks accurately and in a timely manner as well as be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Must be observant, honest, respect the property of others, comply with policies and attend daily production meetings. Work environment is both indoors and outdoors depending on the task.

Duties: Hand clean interior/exterior of vehicles, vacuum, clean windows, dust, wash and wax. Record any prior damage to vehicles on check list. Color sand, polish and buff vehicles and or surfaces.

Custodial duties: Empty trash, sweep floors, mop, dust, clean office and restrooms, mow lawn and shovel snow, break down cardboard boxes and any other duties assigned. Basic computer skills are a plus.

Pay: Hourly (Non-exempt), DOE/DOQ

Customer Service Representative

Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and be able to read estimates and pass a drug test. To succeed in this position the individual must have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and responsible, work with little or no supervision once instructed, accomplish daily tasks accurately and in a timely manner as well as be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.

Duties: Meet and greet customers, answer phone, collect basic customer information, review in/out dates with the customer and ensure that all customers understand the Customer Service Index (CSI) survey process. Conduct vehicle damage reviews, create job files, schedule appointments, educate the customer on HTAB processes, collect payments and any other duties assigned.

Auto Body Tech Apprentice

Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and be able to read estimates and pass a drug test. To succeed in this position the individual must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, self-motivated and responsible, work with little or no supervision once instructed, accomplish daily tasks accurately in a timely manner as well as be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Must be observant, honest, respect the property of others, comply with standard operating procedures and policies. Preferred technical trade school training and or training certificates: I-car, ASE, A/C, and Welding.

Duties: Apprentice under a Senior Auto Body Technician. Read the estimate, check-in parts, verify fit, disassemble and de-trim vehicles, perform QC checks on work before vehicle proceeds to the next stage of repair, reassemble vehicle, record any fasteners used. Sweep work bays, empty trash and keep the body shop area clean and perform minor equipment maintenance duties as required. Attend daily production meetings and follow instruction from the Sr. Auto Body Technician. Follow both operating and safety procedures. Communicate with all other departments and any other duties as assigned.

Auto Body Paint Apprentice

Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and be able to read estimates and pass a drug test. To succeed in this position the individual must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, self-motivated and responsible, work with little or no supervision once instructed, accomplish daily tasks accurately in a timely manner as well as be able to meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines. Must be observant, honest, respect the property of others, and comply with standard operating procedures and policies. Preferred technical trade school and or manufacturer training.

Duties: Apprentice under a Senior Auto Body Refinish Technician. Read the estimate, verify paintable parts, order and stock supplies, collect paint and trim codes, mix primer, base and clear. Sand, mask, prep and prime vehicle parts and panels for refinish. Perform spray out cards for color match, perform QC checks, de-nib or buff out imperfections in paint. Attend daily production meetings and follow instruction from the Sr. Refinish Technician.

Sweep work bays, empty trash and keep the paint booths and work area clean. Perform minor equipment maintenance duties as required. Communicate with all other department and any other duties as assigned.

Pay: DOE/DOQ

Auto Body Technician

Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and be able to read estimates and pass a drug test. Preferred training certificates: I-car Pro-Level 1, 2 & 3, ASE, A/C, and Welding.

Perform quality repairs without passing on defects, repair to industry standards, and utilize technical information for structural repairs, replacement of airbags and mechanical work as required. Perform QC checks on work before vehicle proceeds to the next stage of repair, reassemble vehicle, record any fasteners used and ensure cycle-time is met. Sweep work bays, empty trash and keep the body shop area clean and perform equipment maintenance duties as required. Supervise apprentices if applicable. Attend daily production meetings, communicate with all departments and any other duties as assigned.

Auto Body Refinish Technician

Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and be able to read estimates and pass a drug test. To succeed in this position the individual must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and responsible, work with little or no supervision once instructed, accomplish daily tasks accurately in a timely manner as well as be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Must be observant, honest, respect the property of others, and comply with standard operating procedures and policies. Preferred training certificates: I-car Pro-Level 1, 2 & 3, ASE, EPA 6H and manufacturers training.

Duties: Technician reads the estimate, verifies paintable parts, writes supplements, order and stock supplies, collect paint and trim codes, mix primer, base and clear. Sand, mask, prep, prime and refinish vehicle parts and panels. Performs all refinish procedures according to factory specifications, ensures all formulations, preparations, top coating and curing meet manufacturer recommendations for proper application sequence, timing and material usage. Prepare spray out panels for color match and blends, perform QC checks, de-nib or buff out imperfections in paint. Sweep work bays, empty trash and keep the paint booths and work area clean. Perform equipment maintenance duties as required. Attend daily production meetings and meet cycle times. Communicate with all departments, supervise apprentices if applicable and any other duties as assigned.

Parts-Production Coordinator

Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and be able to read estimates and pass a drug test. To succeed in this position the individual must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and responsible, work with little or no supervision once instructed, accomplish daily tasks accurately in a timely manner as well as be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Must be observant, honest, and comply with standard operating procedures and policies. Work environment is both indoors and outdoors depending on the task.

Duties: Responsible for locating, ordering, receiving and verifying auto body parts. Return incorrect or damaged parts. Post invoices and update management system. Demonstrate computer software proficiency and accuracy. Coordinate sublet labor, shuttle vehicles to sublet vendors, problem solve as well as assist to keep cycle times as low as possible, conduct QC inspections, attend daily production meetings and assist the front office with other duties as assigned.

Estimator

Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and pass a drug test. To succeed in this position the individual must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, self-motivated and responsible, work with little or no supervision once instructed, accomplish daily tasks accurately in a timely manner as well as be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Must be observant, honest, respect the property of others and comply with standard operating procedures and policies. The Estimator must be able to perform all the duties of the Parts-Production Coordinator in the event a substitute is needed. Must have working knowledge of estimating and management systems and be proficient in both. Preferred training certificates: I-car Pro-Level 1, 2 & 3, ASE, and SP2.

Duties: Meets and greets customers, answers the phone, prepares accurate, complete estimates that minimize supplements. Manage and comply with all insurance DRP guidelines. Order parts, follow-up with parts vendors, coordinate sublet vendors, effectively problem solve, communicate with the technician, customer and insurance company on all repairs. Ensure finals are received as well as payment, perform QC checks throughout repair, take appropriate photos for documentation, ensure high scores for Customer Service are obtained, exhibit excellent customer service skills and conduct follow-up phone calls. Obtain and utilize technical information for structural repairs, replacement of airbags and mechanical work as needed. Initiate daily production meetings and meet cycle times. Communicate, manage and supervise all departmental employees and any other duties as assigned.

Operations Manager

Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and be able to read estimates and pass a drug test. To succeed in this position the individual must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and responsible, work with little or no supervision once instructed, accomplish daily tasks accurately in a timely manner as well as be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Must be observant, honest, respect the property of others and comply with standard operating procedures and policies with policies. Preferred training certificates: I-car Pro-Level 1, 2 & 3, ASE, and SP2.

Duties: Meet and greet customers, answer the phone, performs all of the duties of an Estimator in the event a substitute is needed. Ensure compliance and good insurance relationships with all existing DRP’s. Monitor sublet and parts vendors are effectively serving us and our customers well. Audit all staff to ensure they are following procedures. Ensure finals are received as well as payment, perform QC checks throughout repair, take appropriate photos for documentation, ensure high scores for CSI, and continually seek out new business. Exhibit excellent customer service skills and conduct follow-up phone calls. Initiate daily production meetings and meet cycle times. Monitor, manage, hire & fire employees. Conduct or participate in performance reviews for employees under your supervision. Ensure each member of the production staff remains current on all certifications, qualifications and licensing relative to their positions. Educate, train, report to group as a whole on the latest technology advancements and maintain compliance with standard procedures. Provides leadership, coaching, recognition and accountability to produce a staff of high performers and team work. Ensure a clean and organized work facility is maintained. Communicate with owners and supervise all other departments and any other duties as assigned.
