Detailer
Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and be able to read estimates and pass a drug test. To succeed in this position the individual must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and responsible, work with little or no supervision once instructed, accomplish daily tasks accurately and in a timely manner as well as be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Duties: Hand clean interior/exterior of vehicles, vacuum, clean windows, dust, wash and wax. Record any prior damage to vehicles on check list. Color sand, polish and buff vehicles and or surfaces.

Customer Service Representative
Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Duties: Meet and greet customers, answer phone, collect basic customer information, review in/out dates with the customer and ensure that all customers understand the Customer Service Index (CSI) survey process. Auto Body Tech Apprentice

Auto Body Paint Apprentice

Duties: Apprentice under a Senior Auto Body Refinish Technician. Read the estimate, verify paintable parts, order and stock supplies, collect paint and trim codes, mix primer, base and clear. Sand, mask, prep and prime vehicle parts and panels for refinish. Perform spray out cards for color match, perform QC checks, de-nib or buff out imperfections in paint. Attend daily production meetings and follow instruction from the Sr. Refinish Technician.

Parts-Production Coordinator
Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Duties: Responsible for locating, ordering, receiving and verifying auto body parts. Return incorrect or damaged parts. Post invoices and update management system. Demonstrate computer software proficiency and accuracy. Coordinate sublet labor, shuttle vehicles to sublet vendors, problem solve as well as assist to keep cycle times as low as possible, conduct QC inspections, attend daily production meetings and assist the front office with other duties as assigned.

Estimator
Requirements of job: Must have a valid driver’s license, good MVR and be able to operate a standard shift vehicle. Must effectively communicate in English and pass a drug test. To succeed in this position the individual must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, self-motivated and responsible, work with little or no supervision once instructed, accomplish daily tasks accurately in a timely manner as well as be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Must be observant, honest, respect the property of others and comply with standard operating procedures and policies. The Estimator must be able to perform all the duties of the Parts-Production Coordinator in the event a substitute is needed. Must have working knowledge of estimating and management systems and be proficient in both. Preferred training certificates: I-car Pro-Level 1, 2 & 3, ASE, and SP2.
Duties: Meets and greets customers, answers the phone, prepares accurate, complete estimates that minimize supplements. Manage and comply with all insurance DRP guidelines. Order parts, follow-up with parts vendors, coordinate sublet vendors, effectively problem solve, communicate with the technician, customer and insurance company on all repairs. Ensure finals are received as well as payment, perform QC checks throughout repair, take appropriate photos for documentation, ensure high scores for Customer Service are obtained, exhibit excellent customer service skills and conduct follow-up phone calls. Operations Manager
