David and Audi took great care of our minivan after an unfortunate circumstance. They made sure they understood what needed to be repaired, ordered the necessary parts, and made the repairs very quickly. In addition to the excellent repairs, the extra service they provided was outstanding – polishing the headlights and detailing the van inside and out before I picked it up. Our van looks better now than it has in years!

You probably can relate to this experience Denise had with her car. For most of us, our car is more than just a tool to get us from Point A to Point B. It reveals a bit about us, who we are, how we value things, how we see the world. This is why some of us take good care of our vehicles. In this case, Denise brought her car in for plenty of body work. But as the car isn’t just an object, David took the time to talk to Denise and understand what happened with the car, and what needs to be fixed from the driver’s standpoint. This conversation helped us better understand the situation so that we can help Denise out with her car. This helping ment that we will go the extra mile and do a full inside-and-out detailing and headlight polish so that Denise would have her car sparkly clean.

Clear Bra Installation Testimonial

When I first went to High Tone Auto Body I got a good feeling that Audi was a straight shooter. He dealt with my insurance claim and another dent that was not part of the claim with speed and efficiency and was very flexible with my situation. If I have any more auto body needs I will definitely go to them again.

 

Rocky’s  vehicle needed a hood and fender tip clear bra installation as part of his claim.  Clear bra is a thin paint protection urethane film that is virtually invisible and allows for a clear coat like finish for maximum shine.  Clear bras can protect your vehicle paint from rock chips. Application of Xpel protection film on the hood is generally from 12 -18 inches wide.  It’s the easiest and most elegant way to ensure your hood remains chip free and still be shiny after years and years of driving on our Colorado roads.

Even though Rocky’s insurance claim was done by an Independent Appraiser, we went the extra mile and removed the near by dent for free that was not part of the claim. Rocky learned that there is a difference in how claims are handled by an Independent Appraiser versus how the claim would be handled by High Tone Auto Body that is a partner with many insurance companies and is a participating auto body repair shop in the  Direct Repair Program.  Basically, insurance claims that are done through an Independent Appraiser take longer for approval (3-10 business days), whereas insurance companies that have partnered with High Tone Auto Body generally have a faster turn-around time because everything is done electronically and we are the eye’s and ears for the companies. High Tone Auto Body is there for you and will handle all the insurance paperwork for you regardless of your insurance company once you have filed the claim.

To prevent paint and small auto body repairs, you should seriously consider getting a Clear Bra Installation for your vehicle too.

This Snowmass Village owner of a Toyota Camry came in our shop for a quick estimate.  He needed a new right rear tail lamp, the quarter panel needed to be pushed out so that the tail light would fit. Since he was paying for all the repairs from his own pocket our technicians went the extra mile to be as helpful as possible. You probably have heard of situations when a person goes to an auto body repair shop without an insurance claim, and on top of the obvious expenses he gets billed way over what he budgeted for. Not so with High Tone Auto Body.

As Harry from Snowmass said, we did bill for the auto body work but we threw in a ton of extras that made Harry’s visit to High Tone a great experience.  Some of those extras were a clean and shiny car upon his arrival.  His vehicle was hand washed on the exterior and cleaned and vacuumed on the interior.

Wanted to drop a note to you telling you how pleased we are with the service we received at High Tone Auto Body. We drove from Ohio to visit our grandchildren in Snowmass.

We were two weeks in Snowmass and during our stay we were hit in the rear end while at a red light. We took the car at High Tone who immediately took care of our problem. The cost of the repair was extremely reasonable and fixed in a timely manner.

It allowed us to drive back to Ohio with the peace of mind knowing that our car can safely make it back, some 1280 miles.

The Basalt/Aspen/Snowmass area is quite popular for tourists and we do get to see many people coming in to visit their families here. These people spend hours on end driving for hundreds of miles to get to our area, and we at High Tone Auto Body always want to pitch in and make these people more like home. We have many cars from all over the country stop in for a quick auto body repair.

Mark and Nancy Sprenger drove all the way from Ohio to visit their family when they got hit in the back while at a red light. You can only imagine how it feels to be 1200 miles away from home and to be in a car accident. When the Sprengers drove in, our staff was very sensible and sensitive to their situation and we made sure their vehicle gets repaired as soon as possible so that Mark and Nancy can make the long drive home.

Unlike many car repair shops, we did not take advantage of Mark and Nancy’s situation. We made an express repair and billed the usual fee for that sort of work. Our team is highly ethical and sensible, and this is what sets us apart from our competition.

Testimonial for Subaru Collision Repair

I had a great experience getting my Subaru repaired after an accident. My car looked as good as new. The people at High Tone were all friendly and helpful, and provided service above and beyond the usual. I would refer this shop to anybody.

Robin had an accident with her Subaru while driving around Snowmass, CO. Thankfully, the collision was not severe so the only damage was around the front bumper and hood area. Nobody was hurt in the accident.

Robin came in with her Subaru to first get an estimate, and then had us repair her vehicle. While the repair technicians were working on the auto body repairs, Tanja took care of the insurance claim with Robin’s insurance company. Thanks to our Direct Repair Program, Robin did not have to do any paperwork. We handled it all for her.

The vehicle needed a new front bumper and some body work on the hood. Technicians also replaced one headlamp and after the repair and paint, we gave the vehicle a full-body detailing.

During the entire repair process we kept Robin in the know, and Tanja did a great job communicating details that helped Robin be at peace while our certified auto body repair technicians worked on her car. As always, we used original replacement parts and used factory specs to perform this repair.

All in all, Robin was very pleased with the complete service, from handling the insurance paperwork to making her Subaru look as good as new.
